What was I thinking?

So I'm at a club right with some friends, and everything is going great, minus the $20.00 cover and $8.00 drinks. Other than that, things were great. Beautiful women, fancy lights, and loud music. Now mind you, I'm not a big club guy like I used to be, so I'm just content to just chill with my friends and have some drinks. Anyway, I was targeted by a chubby chick and certainly wasn't my normal "type" I guess. But i didn't mind dancing with her. I was cool with it, I'll dance with anybody.... but that wasn't the problem. She was all over me from the minute I started dancing with her. I mean she put my hands in places that at least 4 drinks to get to.

Now.... I know what your thinking. Your thinking....so what's the problem? Well, my friends were laughing/proud how forward this chick was. But the funny thing was, when we went to buy drinks she wouldn't let me pay... which is fine, i'll get next time. Well, she wouldn't let me pay for anything, and by this point we got into kissing and stuff. Basically for the night, I decided to play the "tease" role for the night. This girl ended up getting pretty junk, and wanted to take me home.

I was already 1 hour from home and she lived 30 minutes in the opposite direction. I was feeling lazy and it wasn't like this chick looked like Jessica Alba or anything. So I decided not to risk the drive (it was raining after all). She offered to get a room, I still said no. Basically, I'd considered it for awhile but there were other mitigating factors. I found out during the course of the night that she was in jail for carjacking, her ex is in jail for carjacking and battery and thinks they are still together. She was WAAAAAAAAYYYYY clingy. I had to be in physical contact the entire time. When I walked her to the bathroom, she made me promise to wait outside. It got a little disconcerting.

Eventually, I just decided to bail but not before this chick bought me a night of drinks and dancing. I was thinking, why not just bail? Girls do this sort of thing all the time. How many guys have bought drinks and entertained a girl only to have her give an impish smile and say thanks and walk away. I have most of my friends telling me i should have went home with her. By the end of the night, she was literally begging for it. I found an opportunity to leave, so I took it and went to my car and took off. All in all, I had a good time. I had all my drinks bought for me, and got to dance. If she was just hotter it would have been the perfect night.

I know it sounds shallow, but wouldn't have worse to tag and then leave the girl the next day? As a guy, your like.... "Hell yeah! Take that gernade!" but I also didn't know how psycho this chick actually is.

Did I make the right decision?
